March Service Project: Rooted in Love

Rooted in Love is a non profit here in Cherokee County that provides a meal and specific needs to the homeless in Cherokee County on the first Saturday of each month. They offer the homeless families food, toilet paper, water, clothes, and goody bags.

The meals usually take place at Changed 2 Ministries at 2484 Marietta Hwy, Canton, Georgia. (More details on time/place of service project to come.)


What can we do?

Collect Items for 30 Goody Bags at the December General Meeting:

  • Water (30)
  • Granola bars (60)
  • 1 protein – possibly cans of beans easy open (30)
  • Ramen noodles (30)
  • 1-2 snacks – fruit cups, puddings, crackers, other snacks (60)
  • Plastic spoons (60)
  • Gallon-Sized ziploc bag (30)
  • Toilet Paper (5 packs?)
